On the 30th June There will be a local Garden walkabout show where you can go and visit certain open gardens which have been prepared just for this. This should be a good day for you to get out and have a walk through the village.
By the end of the week I should have some preview shots of the gardens themselves for you to look at and decide which ones you would like to see.
Would love to take part on Sunday the 30th in the walk about garden event. Therefore would be grateful if you could give me some instructions with regard as to where to park prior to walking and if there will be any refreshments served and where if so. Thank you in anticipation
there is plenty of parking around the village. I would suggest you first purchase a garden passport at the Parish hall or at any of the Gardens or Bobby’s shop. This will be necessary for viewing the gardens and for raising funds.
There will also be refreshments served in the Parish hall all day.
Home made refreshments available all day in the Parish Hall.
Open Garden passports are available at each garden or from Bobby`s shop.
I am unable to advise on official parking although it is generally easy to find somewhere to park. One of the members of Parish Council should be able to advise.
