NOTICE OF CONCLUSION OF AUDIT

Annual return for the year ended 31st March 2024

Sections 25 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014

Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2015

  1. The audit of accounts for Broomhaugh & Riding Parish Council for the year ended 31 March 2024 has been concluded.
  2. The Annual Governance and Accountability Return is available for inspection by any local government elector of the area of the Council on application to:

Right to Inspect the Accounts – 23/24

The Parish Council has submitted its annual return to the external auditor, Mazars LLP. Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for 2023/24.  A notice explaining these rights can be found here. Additionally, the unaudited annual governance and accounting statement which has been submitted to the auditor can be found here.  Please note: the accounting statements as published may be subject to change.

Dates for the inspection of the accounts – Monday 3rd June – Friday 12th July – by appointment.  Please contact the Clerk.
